A Re-Envisioned School Campus & New Connector Building

The restructuring and upgrading of the school’s external campus provides a powerful and engaging learning environment for students that is in keeping with mainstream 21st Century learning best practices while also providing greater physical security for students and increased efficiencies related to parking and traffic flow.

  • Creates new drivable sports plaza with convenient access to the School’s gymnasium.

  • Re-configuration of faculty parking and traffic flow will alleviate student drop off and pick up car congestion while also re-locating student recreational activities to more protected areas of the School campus.

  • Incorporates the Pre-K/Kindergarten play space into the school’s overall recreational areas.

  • Upgraded and fortified perimeter wrought iron and brick fence installation around the School campus will greatly enhance the physical safety of our students and faculty.

  • Creates new drivable sports plaza with convenient access to the School’s gymnasium.

  • Allows School Faculty to better monitor and engage with students during outside recreational periods.

  • Ability to leverage three sides of the school campus in service to student recreation, engagement, and spiritual reflection.

Mary Seat of Wisdom Library Media Center & Gateway

A new 8,000 square foot “connector building” between the main school and middle school is truly the linchpin in our ability to advance the school from “great” to “exceptional.”

  • Becomes the intellectual heart of the school; unifying the lower and middle school student and faculty communities.

  • Houses a new state of the art Library Media Center.

  • Eliminates the need for students to go outside in order to get to the library, cafeteria, and main school offices.

  • Allows for better organization the grades/classrooms.

  • Bring the current Pre-K class out from the basement.

  • Establishes a multi-use school and parish conference and meeting center. 

New Welcome Lobby & Vestibule

Interior renovations and reconfiguration of the main school’s Welcome Lobby, Principal and Administrative Suites, and the Student Health Center will provide greater safety for our students and faculty and more efficient and enhanced use of key administrative and student healthcare spaces.

  • Formal Reception Desk check-in/credentials reviewed.

  • Double pane glass wall separating school community from walk-in traffic.

  • Highlights strong Catholic identify aesthetic of school.

  • Upgrading school facilities to ensure safety and accessibility for all, including special needs students (elevator, state of the art learning center, enhanced security, improved outdoor space for play).
